Joe graduated from the University of Cincinnati in Chemical Engineering  in 2000 and again in 2006 with his MBA.  After working in Information Technology for 10 years in machine control and networking in Engineering and Information Technology for Dow Chemical and then Procter & Gamble, Joe's lifelong passion for technology and service led him to found Exquisite Home Systems in early 2006.  While Joe continues to work for Procter & Gamble in Program Management, he continues to set our company's strategies and product lineup.
